Faulty:

  • Severe cosmetic wear and tear. Screen and/or housing is cracked or chipped.
  • Screen is fully functional with no damage or discolouration to the display, prices quoted are for cracked glass only.
  • No Liquid Damage

  • iCloud/Samsung/Google Account Free
  • No missing components, bent, blacklisted
  • No major component level faults.
  • If your device has multiple cosmetic and functional faults, we may provide a revised quote depending on severity.

Once you have booked your Trade In with us, you will receive an email with your postage label/QR Code. All of our labels are for a 24 hour Tracked service. Once posted you can expect us to receive your device within 24 hours and once received you will be paid on the very same day.
