*Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Same day payment does not apply to orders received after 2pm and in events that are out of our control.

Yes! We accept phones in any aesthetic condition. Read each criteria and select the condition that describes your device best. Just because a phone is faulty, looking a bit worse for wear or even has a broken screen, you can still cash in.

Once you have booked your Trade In with us, you will receive an email with your postage label/QR Code. All of our labels are for a 24 hour Tracked service. Once posted you can expect us to receive your device within 24 hours and once received you will be paid on the very same day.
