How to remove your iCloud Account on your device

If you’re trading in an Apple device to us, you’ll need to remove your iCloud account before sending it. Failure to remove your iCloud account in advance will result in your payment being delayed.

Removing your iCloud account is quick and easy, and can be completed using your device or if you are unable to remove it before sending you can do so remotely via the iCloud website.

HOW TO UNLOCK YOUR IOS DEVICE REMOTELY

1. Go to www.icloud.com and log in using your iCloud account
2. Select 'Find My iPhone' at the top of the screen.
3. Click 'All Devices' and select your device from the drop-down menu.
4. Click 'Remove from Account' then click 'Remove' on the confirmation message.
